Demand stricter laws on animal cruelty in Romania!

Hundreds of dogs have been abandoned left to starve to death and continue breeding, Lots end up being hit by cars and left to die, living in rubbish dumps, fighting for food ect
Also peoples pets are breeding and people are dumping puppies in bags to freeze/starve to death! or leaving behind dogs when move houses ect.

I believe the cruelty rate would decrease if all owners had to microchip, worm, deflea and spay/neuter their dogs, and stronger law/ punishment if you are caught abusing or neglecting a dog.

Please sign and give the dogs a voice they so desperately need!
