Legalize Medical Marijuana Use and Scientific Research in All Fifty States Now!

By signing this petition I agree, without prejudice, and urge the highest court in the country to pass a law which states the following: medicinal use of marijuana by people with chronic medical conditions brought about by illness, injury or disease shall be legal in all fifty states of America. Furthermore; Scientific research shall be permitted, without risk of prosecution by the D. E. A. or any other U.S. Federal or local Government law enforcement agency.

The name of this law shall be referred to as the "Medical Marijuana Patient Scientific
Participation Act". The "Medical Marijuana Patient Scientific Participation Act" from here out is known in all legal matters as Amendment and/or Proposition:" MMPST-2015".
