The Lack of Education

The issue is internationally many adults and children lacks education so they wouldn't know how to prevent diseases and infections. My solution will be able to have a speaker to go out to each an every country and talk about the prevention of diseases and infections or the cures give the people some information were they are not in the blind anymore.
