URGENT: pets in shelters usually only have a short amount of time before they are put to sleep to make room for more animals coming in. Your local shelter should be online and may have a list available for adoption. Often, your shelter may have a special because they are full and want to find good homes for their pets rather than put them to sleep. I recently adopted a very loving cat and the special was I could name my own price. I also got a discount because I am disabled and a senior. PLEASE!!! save an animal and adopt.
