Demand ALL Trucks NOT Be Allowed in Pinehurst Estates Community

By allowing trucks to be allowed to be parked in the driveways, we WILL be asking to l our values to take a huge drop. All of us will suffer. They are just coming back up to a higher value than we have ever seen.

Our community will have many lawsuits and our reserves will be gone. Besides the large fee to the attorney to change our by-laws.

A large number of our owners will have to move and find new communities that care about their values and rules and regulations.
