Demand an Option to Prohibit Tobacco Purchases

My Issue is not having a option to Prohibit Tobacco Purchases,
As a Individual we all share the right to make our own choices for ourselves, and our loved ones as well.
The constant influence of becoming a victim to Tobacco Products has been continuing since we were children, which needs to change before it is too late. More teens and people are being influenced to smoke harmful substances than ever before, a new "Trend" I would say but either way it needs to be controlled.
We should have a option to have a "No Smoking Sign" issued on our State Issued Drivers Licence or ID just like the "Donor" issued stamp by your State DMV. It would not only give you the option to not allow a purchase of any sort, but also help you quit or stay not smoking. As well as keep your Children from smoking until the legal age of 21. Which gives a "Option" to publish a new ID or Licence with or without the stamp. "In States where legal age is 18"
As well as create more State & Federal Funding by having a charge to issue the stamp, remove the stamp, or replace and renew the stamp. As well as form and procedures taken by State DMV or Agency
I also feel this way about Alcoholic Beverages, If your Criminal History is bad it may prohibit such purchase from past charges and this would as well help Recovering Addicts and help identify the legal age properly. With a " No Drinking" Stamp
With this option it will help provide self awareness and an option to live a Healthy Lifestyle and promote a better way of living with a choice to lead a better way of life
As a person and Environment.
I have plenty of reasons why and how it would work.
We just need the first voice.
