After clearing the occupy tents in Mongkok last night, HK police began blocking many streets to prevent protestors from re-grouping.
Reporters filmed police pushing and shoving pedestrians along with indiscriminately beating unarmed by-standers who happened to be walking through the area. One officer,in a white shirt, is filmed brutally beating people on their heads , necks, and upper bodies while screaming “move faster” and “go, go, go”.

"Police General Orders" Chapter 29, "the use of force and firearms" requirement, a police officer in the extent feasible, should try to make the other party a chance to obey police orders, before they can use force. The use of force must be the minimum degree of force to achieve that purpose shall be used; after reaching the end, have to stop using it immediately. Such force must be reasonable under the circumstances at the time.
