Petition for Speed Bumps - Duke Power Rd

People are always speeding down our road, which is a dead end street. Someone just had an accident on Duke Power Rd and Bumgarner Rd on July 8th 2016.

We, the people of this neighborhood, feel that it's necessary to add speed bumps to the road (speed limit is currently 35 mph). The street needs to be made safer for the children, pets, and elderly people who often walk on the street. The neighbors and I just want a safer neighborhood. Plus Duke Power Rd is very narrow.
