Pickering Elm. parents demand the playground sand be removed!

Are you tired of your child/children coming home with shoes full of sand? Your child having to wear these shoes with sand rubbing there feet making blisters or ruff feet all day. This sand ruining your child's socks and shoes that cost you lots of money to buy. Or in some cases the sand scratching your child's eyes maybe to the point of having to have surgery. Even having allergies the sand is not safe for someone who suffers from allergies. Trying to even get all the sand from there hair. We the parents have to take a stand now. Let's get some rubber floor or just remove the sand. Let's make a better and safer play ground.
