Manitoba Law: Make It Against The Law to Leave the Scene of an Accident as a Witness.

Currently there are no policies for people to stop at the scene of a motor vehicle collision as a Witness, or to call 911 in the case of injury. A Canadians, we are known for our kindness and willingness to help others. It is our human rights to be helped in a health or life threatening circumstance.
