10 hour technicians are getting shorted on pay!

Comcast is FORCING some of its technicians into 10 hour shifts. By doing so it is shorting the technicians on 14hrs of pay. Management says the only way to get a NORMAL paycheck is to use sick time, vacation time, or skip lunches to make up for the lost hours. The math is below. If you do not agree with the company's decision you need to sign this petition and help make a change.
40 hours a week multiplied by 52 weeks gives you 2080 total hours for the year.
We have 7 holidays. 8hr tech=56hrs, 10hr tech=70hrs.
Subtract holiday hours from total hours. 8hr tech= 2024hrs, 10hr tech=2010hrs.
Comcast holiday pay = 56hrs.
When you add the holiday pay in 10hr techs are short 14hrs 2066 total hours.

The petition forces you to put name and location. I ask that you use real name and state but the rest can be made up. Also check the box that says don't show name.
