Request to ride horses safely in parklands around Chelsea Rd, Ransome, Brisbane.

Council have stopped horses riding in parklands on Chelsea Rd, stopped access's from private property and changed signs. We now don't have a safe environment in which to ride in that area. Please help bring this to Brisbane Council's attention.
