Remove the current talent tree system. (Power Rangers Legacy Wars)

Currently as it stands, power rangers legacy wars has a plethora of problems and issues that need to be addressed, but recently, about a month or so ago there was a patch that introduced the "Talent tree system".

The talent tree system has created a very vocal and outraged community that nway has yet to properly address. What the talent tree does is it adds a RPG (role playing game) element to a 1v1 fighting game. That in itself isn't so much as an issue, but the way to acquire essences (the resources to advance in the talent tree) is a resource obtained very very slowly through playing, or paying money. Nway has stated that through challenges people could obtain essences, except the people who constantly win and dominate the challenges are people who have already spent money on essences and shut down those who haven't.

Before, the skill tree update, and a bit after the supercharged combat update, A player winrate would seem to be split in 60-70% skill, and 30% character level (obtained slowly through playing, or obtained easily through paying).
Now, after the skill tree update (the past month), it is well agreed by the community it is a near 10% skill, 90% P2W (character shards, gold, essences, primary/health/special orbs)

The solution is a strong and almost unrealistic one for nway, for the current perception is that nway cares heavily about the revenue they gain rather than how the playerbase feel, example: the player base wanted kim nerfed, and nway actively told us they didn't want to do anything about it, resulting in an outraged playerbase.

Rework the talent tree either by.
1) delete it entirely
2)make it so essences are not bought but earned at a consistent rate through winning games, and not a "random chance".
3) make it so skill tree resources are distrusted based on specific character play time to create an incentive to play different characters.

Thank you for your time, I really love this game, I just don't love the way nWay has been treating it.
