2 days of global basic electricity needs

Long talk short, give 2 days to the world by cutting their electricity to basic needs (refrigerators,tv) not to much so earth goes dark for 2days a year. Lowering global heat and giving the world 2days of dark nights gjving everyone the opportunity to observe the milky way or have some good old fashioned board games with some candles or small lights..
This gives the world 2days of no working 48hours as no fabrication will be going on.
The world needs a break sometimes so do the ppl in it,
The world given some time to cool down from heat and light polution. This opens great opportunities for researching space and such aswell.
