Ban the sale of fireworks to the general public.

Considering todays terrorist threat, and the countries state of alert. Selling explosives to the public seems ridiculous. Apart from that there are dogs and other pets whose health is threatened everytime one explodes in their vicinity. These poor animals are terrified.
Restrict their use to organised displays only.
