ALL SHELTERS MUST HAVE A NO KILL POLICY
AS A UNIVERSAL LAW.
We want a law passed in Every Country in the world to have A NO KILL POLICY FOR EVERY CAT AND DOG. Regardless of age of the animal. The law must include proper vet care of all animals in the said shelter.
Every shelter is a SHELTER in the true meaning of the word. Soft blankets, beds, clean bowls,for water and food. Outdoor exercise, human contact meaning hugs and getting stroked. Any one working not following through this duty of care should be sacked on the spot.
Every effort should be made to re-home dogs and cats as soon as possible but if not no time limit on the care and welfare of the animals. The majority of money must go to the care of the Shelter Animals and not to administrators.and directors. If they want more money they can find another job. They do not have the animals interest at heart. A true love of animals should be the main qualification for the jobs.
Dear First Minister Sturgeon, Prime Minister Cameron. President Obama, and United Nations.
We are writing because we believe it is disgusting that healthy Dogs and cats are getting killed in Shelters. A shelter should mean a place where an animal is kept in a healthy and comfortable condition. They should be giving these animals the best of care.
Instead they are kept on cold floors with no bed or blanket. No vet to fix illnesses that can and should be treated. There is no sign of clean water or food or dishes for that matter. The money is going to Administrators and Directors who are not interested in the animals.
These shelters should be run by Animal lovers. The majority of money should go to the care and welfare of the animal not to line the pockets of those who really have no interest in saving these animals. The welfare and re-homing of these dogs and cats should be paramount. A shelter should mean shelter.
They should be housed in clean environments. Have soft mats and blankets to lie on. They should be well groomed. Well exercised hugged and stroked daily with fresh food and water daily in sterilized bowls. As well as having vet care available at all times to deal with sickness and neutering programs. These Animals need help as the people employed to do this are not Caring or kind to these animals. We want a law that treats these animals properly. People who will put the money for the care of these animals and not their own selfish needs.
We wish this law to be universal that A No Kill Policy will be statutory in every single country in the world.

I have renewed my petition to hopefully improve its impact. Thank you so much to all who have signed already I very much appreciate your help. I desperately need more signatures to make any impact with my petition so again I would really appreciate more signatures to help these poor cats,dogs,puppies and kittens. It is such a pity for these little fur babies. Thanking you all. Bree.

Due to my having a different no Kill shelters Petition. I felt I had to reword this petition. There was also a change in information I received, both of things happened after this petition and I now have to tell you that I was alerted to more Kill shelters in every country, I will be keeping pressure up on this petition on a world wide scale. Hi guys my petition has stuck! I really need more people to sign.I really really need help! There is nothing in this world that's as precious as the loyalty and love you see in your dogs eyes. And the little cat that sits on your knee purring with contentment.
Please help me stop them getting Killed in Shelters!
