Tenants Of The Vault Request Lynn City Council Add Our Concerns To Their Meeting Agenda

Tenants of "The Vault" located at 23 Central Avenue in Lynn MA 01901 are frustrated at the lack of communication and transparency shown on behalf of our landlord, Charlesgate Property Management, located at 867 Boylston Street, Boston MA 02116, regarding the myriad of issues we have been experiencing in our units. Many of us are without sufficient heat in what has been below freezing temps and our extraordinarily high energy bills are indicative of some underlying issue for which Charlesgate does not seem to have any answer. We are very concerned that our rights as tenants may be being violated and request the City Council intervene.
