get portaventura to help disabled people with fast passes

    my daughter went to portaventura in salou spain yesterday , with all medical evidence they asked me to be taken via an email mths before she went, we got a letter from the dr explaining her illness that she cant queue up due to panic attacks and anxiety dated signed and stamped, shes so bad in busy places im her carer and she gets pip so they had that evidence with them too, the girl on the desk was extremely rude and refused to let her have a disability pass,she said she wasnt ill enough, they are not medically trained to make that decision, she ended up in tears and having a panic attack there, so had to be taken out of the park by her sister, sadly i wasnt there to help but im not happy . disney, universal studios, merlin , train services , all airlines and everywhere else ive taken her have all accepted this medical evidence and helped her except portaventura , shame on them. portaventura are ignoring all my emails, wont help on phone, wont help on facebook. i dont want anyone else to go through this , they need to revise their disability rules and help those that need it instead of thinking only of the money . mental health is invisible and its shocking the way they have behaved. please sign to help all others that are not well and want to visit this place. although after what they have put her through and not even an apology i would not recommend it
