Keep your oath senators

Mitch McConnell and Lindsey Graham plus other senators have openly stated they do not intend to keep the oath they have taken. As a Senator they are required to take an oath to uphold the constitution and represent the people. They are not Trumps personal defense team or any president. In many recent interviews many senators have stated they plan to make a decision before any trial and they do not want to have any evidence or witnesses. This is a violation to the oath they have take . This is obstructing justice. Mitch McConnell and Lindsey Graham plus all the other state they want the same rules that they used when Bill Clinton was impeached. There is one major difference
Bill Clinton did not prevent anyone giving testimony to the house.
Therefore all people that were asked to give testimony did and the three major witnesses did come back and give testimony again to the senate during the trial.
All the evidence gather in the investigation report was brought to the senate and all the evidence was too.
What these senators are wanting is no evidence , no witnesses, no reports. Then a quick, totally bias ,decision in favor of Trump has already been said will be giving before and trial.
