Protect Leopard Cats from Extinction in Taiwan!

Corrupt politicians in Taiwan are threatening to drive an exotic endangered species to extinction. Leopard cats in Taiwan are animals about the size of house-cats with black spots, and they love living in the low-elevation rice fields. And while they're considered a species of "Least Concern" in some areas of the world, they are close to extinction in Taiwan.

Part of that is because of new land development that is destroying their habitats. Family farms are being replaced by country estates. Chen Mei-ting, a leopard cat researcher in Taiwan, says that "Habitat destruction is the largest threat to leopard cats."

Please help us to expose this serious issue of unnecessary new land development for money grab, which is threatening the habitats for the leopard cats.
