Demand action on a individuals respect toward senior citizens

On several occasions this person has outbursts toward other individuals and gets verbally aggressive and at times will get physical such as pushing and or pointing her finger at a persons face and she also will threat an individual at times
My concern is a lot of these seniors citizens have health issues and i believe they should not have to deal with a person who can’t maintain her attitude and or anger .the changes that we would like to be change ..remove her from program when she has an outburst ..respectfully your friends at the south Chicago senior program.
