Stop the 0.01% Federal bank tax, HR 4646

Because many people on medicare and social security cannot afford it.  Their mesaly $4.00 to $14.00 per month will come to a minimum of $48.00 to $168.00 per year. Not all seniors have a pension, which will also be taxed!   That figure is based just on one monthly deposit, not any of withdrawals, ATM transactions, a seniors part-time earnings, real estate sales of ones home, or other deposits, like gifts and tax refunds, etc.
