Many teens in Vancouver B.C. are out on the streets jobless and homeless. Offering jobs such as assistance at the gas station like pumping your own gas or washing your windows and other assistance would help them keep off the streets and away from trouble.

In Oregon, it was stated a law that if you were to pump your own gas you were liable to pay a $500 fine. They offered jobs to students and elderly which got paid minimum wage. It helps the community because they don't have to pay them to pump their gas, and it's FREE!
