Goldfish bowls are FOES. There needs to be filtration, and oxygen. The fish will die in it's own waste. It will aso suffcate. Is that ethical? Do death bowls really have enough space? Goldfish grow over a foot long. Do not listen to that myth that fish only grow to the size of there tank. It is true, but very painful to the fish. The body of the fish stops growing, but the internal organs do not. The pressure on the internal organs will kill it. Goldfish can live up tp 40 years. Putting a goldfish in a bowl is a death sentence.

This petition is banning keeping goldfish in anything less that 20 gallons. That is what i mean by bowl. It is banning all bowls so is is also banning the sale of half gallon tanks.

I am glad that i am getting signatures. I still need a lot more signatures that i am trying to get. Please send this petition to everyone you know and tell them to send it to everyone they know and so on. A fish is still cheaper than having a dog. You have to spend thousands of dollars on a dog or cat but a fish you spend about $300 to $500. Thank you for supporting.
