Demand to reinstate hazardous pay to G.W.A. WasteWater Employees

As dedicated employees of Guam Wastewater Division, we demand that a compensation of hazardous pay be included in our bi-weekly payroll, with regards to the duties and responsibilities we perform "with and around" hazardous and toxic chemicals, materials, and machinery. The mere fact that we are exposed to such toxic chemicals, materials, and machinery could cause detrimental health hazards to ourselves. Although we are trained and educated in safety precautionary measures, there is still the possibility that these factors may cause health problems for us in the long run.
