'' Stop the Mass feeding of cats in our driveways and streets by single white woman"

For the past few months, my neighbors and myself have been dealing with a massive outbreak of Cats, Raccoons, Possums, Foxes, and other rodents that have been literally destroying some of our roofs and driveways, and causing us great concern for the safety of our own animals and children as well. About a week and a half ago, I noticed that a white woman, whose name is unknown at this time, was taking containers of cat food and placing piles of it on every one of our driveways to feed the cats. When I first saw this occur, I asked for the woman to refrain from feeding the animals in our driveways and in front of our homes for the reasons I listed above. She became very hostile and stated that each neighbor gave her permission to do what she was doing and that they all knew about it. THIS WAS NOT THE TRUTH. Not a single neighbor on the entire block had any idea that she was the reason for this horrible outbreak of animals, and that she was bringing these animals to our homes. She has been seen leading them away from her home and down the street to our homes and they are coming out in massive amounts now. The feeding has to stop. The woman lives an entire block away at 17450 N.E. 23rd Ave. We are asking that she just take the food to the park at the end of the block and feed them there, that way they won't be destroying our property's and interfering with the safety of our families. After she was asked not to do this, she returned the next night with even more food spreading it across the road. Police were called but she continues to return and feed the animals right in front of our homes stating there is nothing we can do about it. The neighbors on the block have all come together to try to stop this and clean up our neighborhood from stray animals and possibly infected rodents that can harm us and our own animals. I have decided that I need to be in charge of this action to petition against this woman and stop this from happening.
