Make Crabbie's Ginger Beer Vegan!

Undoubtedly the rise of Veganism as a mainstream lifestyle and/or dietary choice is a force to be reckoned with as it gains more and more media attention. This wonderful moral turn can continue to gain traction if more corporations take responsibility and make their products cruelty free. This could be to the mutual benefit of everyone because much desired products can be accessible to those who renounce animal cruelty, businesses can make money in providing these products and, most importantly, as a consumerist group we choose not to spend our money on funding animal cruelty, which I'm sure the animals involved will be thankful for!

Sign this petition to persuade the makers of Crabbie's Ginger Beer to stop using animal products in their drinks so that we can enjoy them guilt free.

Crabbie's Ginger Beer is currently not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. This is because it uses 'Isinglass' which is produced from the swim bladders of fish.

Company Email:
“Unfortunately I have to say that Isinglass is used in the fining process. This means Crabbies is not regarded as suitable for Vegetarians.”

Even a quick internet search about over fishing is enough to show that there is enough evidence for it to be a concern. Slogans like "Seafood will run out by 2050" or "If the Ocean Dies, We All Die!" are common and they should not be ignored. By removing one more source of income for those that would drive the worlds oceans into complete emptiness we take away one more source of power that allows them to continue.

Join me now in persuading John Crabbie & Company to change their manufacturing techniques in order to be a part of a moral movement to help save the world and deliver their otherwise delicious product back into the hands of those who love it!
