Let the Local Veterinary clinics know that Menominee Michigan needs this a program to provide the free spayi ng or neutering of pets owned by people on public assistance.These owners can not afford the costs of having their pets fixed. Because of that to many pets get placed in the local animal shelter or abandoned. That needs to stop
