Reinstate Claire Lyall

Clair a community worker & Unison vice convenor of Glasgow Social Work Shop Stewards. She was dismissed in her absence at a hearing her own doctor & the councils own medical consultants said she was unfit to attend. The events which triggered the inital investigation wholly related to Claire's duties as a trade union representative. She was dismissed for a conduct matter whilst on sick leave. UNISON belives this is highly unusual. Claire has nearly 20 years of service with Glasgow City Council during which time she has never been the sunbject of a complaint, investigation or disapinary action.
