THIS PETITION IS INTENDED FOR MEMBERS OF WADSL ONLY
This petition is requesting that a Special General Meeting be called immediately to discuss the possible dissolution of the WADSL. This means that the Board of Directors feel that they have the power/ability to shutdown WADSL, close it's books and pay out the qualifying member clubs the balance of the proceeds left over. This would leave our area without a competitive (L5) league for our teams to play in.
By signing this e-petition, I represent my club and wish as a member to discuss this before any actions take place by the Board of Directors. I am requesting the Windsor and District Soccer League to host a Special General Meeting to be hosted prior to WADSL's next scheduled board meeting of October 29th, 2014.
The agenda items for this meeting is to discuss the dissolution of WADSL and removal/election of Board Members if so voted by the membership.
As per WADSL Constitution this notice is being submitted as part of the required 2/3 vote to advance this request.
