Removal of Louise Dempsey as Kaiser Permanente Business Agent

For several years we have been represented by Louise Dempsey as our Business Agent in different aspects of our Union relationship. Several of us have had lack of representation issues but were afraid to speak up due to fear of retaliation. Our union has no place for "Personal Grudges" to determine how we are represented or Employees living in fear of losing their jobs because we did not "stroke the ego" of the person who is supposed to be fairly representing us. So, We " The Kaiser Permanente Georgia Region Employees" are petitioning to have Louise Dempsey replaced as our Business Agent due to a lack of consistency in her representation and unfair representation practices.
