seniors petitioning rental manager for walkin tub with shower help bad backs, shoulders/fractures

there are a number of seniors in my community(senior rental property) with bad back, thoracic fractures, knee replacements, arthritis can't step into/or straining to pull up to get out of tub, creating more injuries. Tubs are deep. Walkin tub with showder will be safer/helpful. I am a tenant with fracture/lumbar spinal stenosis.
