Justice for Julia
This is to hopefully get some justice for my poor Julia. Julia was my cat that was brutally attacked and savaged in her own garden last Monday 07/03/11 while I was at work . She was minding her own business sitting at my gate waiting for me to come home when a random or stray or wandering dog got into my garden and killed her. The dog must belong to somebody..My neighbours tried to help her but they couldn't. I had her for four years from when she was a stray that was beaten and dumped and she was my baby..I had her inside when I was here but she didn't like being inside on her own so I had to leave her outside when I was gone out..she never went very far from the house and she was a really sweet cat. I would like to get some justice for her by getting someone to take responsibility.
We, the undersigned are sending this petition in relation to the amount of dogs that are allowed to wander and roam freely in this area. My poor cat Julia was attacked and killed in her own garden by one of these dogs and I would like someone to take responsibility for her death. She was a much loved and looked after pet and to be honest, I'm devastated that she's gone.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this situation for me so that this never happens again.
