HELP stop the deportation of my husband and the father of my 2 kids

Target:
To stop deportation
Sponsored by:
Hi my name is Corina and my husband the father of my 2 children was arrested in February 2006 and was sentenced to 51 months in prison for a case that happened in 2001. In October 25, 2009 he was supposed to be release, but instead ICE came and picked him up from the facility and he is now in their custody awaiting to see a judge and possibly be deported to his birth country, from where his family struggled to get out during the communist era and from where all his privileages were taken away because he and his family got away to find a better place to live and be free. He is legal resident since 1988 from Romania. We have been married for 16 years, and our children are 15 1/2 and 5 1/2. I am a US citizen and so are my children. I came here 26 years ago from Romania and struggled to make a better life. My husband is a good man and a good father and should be given a 2nd chance to make it better and to be with his 2 kids and me.  My children want their daddy home to care and love for them, and to see them grown up and fullfiling their dreams, but it looks like our immigration laws does not support this and wants to break families apart. They miss having their father here for them. Please I am not just making this story up, but I just wish that no one will have to go thrugh this. I am desperate that I will lose my husband and my children their father. They cry and ask about him everyday, and  also ask me Why is daddy not coming home because he finished his time? It breaks my heart. They see me crying everyday.  Please, please sign this petition to help my family stay together and other families that go thru this to stay together and to be able to have another chance at this beautiful life that we have here in US. We have gone through so much pain and suffering since he has been away and are almost on the verge to lose everything we have, we need him to help support us. Please once again help us to save our family. We love you and GOD BLESS.

To whom it may concern

We the undersigned, ask that Mr. Virgil Cornea be granted the stay in United States, and not be deported to his birth country Romania, from which he escaped the harsh and poor life. He came here in this country to find a good life but down the road he made some mistakes that he sure paid with the time in prison for about 4 years and also with money. He has a good family, a wife and 2 U.S. born children that sure miss him and they wish that they will get a chance to be with their father.

It is against God rule and the civil rights to separet families like this, and I wish that this practice will soon end because many children suffer and take the wrong path if one of their parents are not around.

So I am asking to please take this into consideration and stop all this, change what is broken in the immigration system. Families need to stay together, at least this is my belief and my understanding of marriege.
Thank you fof taking the time and the consideration, I appreciate.
