Arizona Needs Wrong Way Road Spikes on Highways

The State of Arizona has had 3 tragic accidents this month that need attention.   Impaired drivers were driving the wrong way on our highways killing a Mesa police officer, then a father, now 2 more killed early this morning.  We need road spikes on the highways to disable the wrong way drivers before they kill innocent people that are driving the correct way.
