make all cyclists have registration number and insurance

It is important to get redress from cyclists who ride off after causing damage or injuring pedestrians. The times incidents happen and it is impossible to trace a cyclist.
It is high time all road users were traceable. It is high time all road users had some kind of insurance .

Dear Reader,


It is only common sense to have a registry of all road users. We live in the 21 st century and we allow people to use our roads with no insurance and no means of tracing them.


There are many cases of pedestians being injured by cyclists only to have the cyclist ride off. How can we trace these people? How can we get compensation from these people? How can we bring these people to book? 


We need legislation now.
