There has been a lot of cases where young children are victims of domestic violence. Most of the times those young children don't have anyone to help them or defend them from the violence that is taking action against them. you've experienced it, you know what it feels like com live your life afraid of taking the wrong step and getting hit verbally or physically. To those who found help and were able to survive the abuse from parents or partners, you are the one who can make a difference and spread awareness about the importance of being able to be heard and helped to get out of a relationship or home where you are being mistreated.
We want to spread awareness about domestic abuse because of all of the bad things that it can lead to. It can scar someone for life, they will be living their life afraid to make a mistake and be punished for it. The body of an adult can take more punishment than young children because of the size; children are more fragile and easy to get hurt. Adults abuse their children without remorse because they disobey them or they act up. But what we are not aware of is the health problems that can cause them. We are learning about children with concussions, broken legs, arms and savior cuts that can be infected if they aren’t treated properly. Please help us spread awareness about domestic abuse; there are a lot of places where domestic abuse can be reported, from school, clinics and park districts.
