Stop cruelty and neglect of elderly people in Care Homes!

Recent examples in the media of cruelty, neglect and abuse of vulnerable people in our society are horrendous and are only the tip of the iceberg!

The fact that so few people have been prosecuted and imprisoned, without tough action being taken against the individual companies that employ them, is unbelievable!

At some time in our life, most of us will have grandparents or parents in Care Homes and these places should be like first class hotels, not dungeons!

Sub standard care is the NHS is costing millions of pounds in payouts......this will triple when claims flood in for incidents in social care! How can looking after elderly people be a profit chasing, open market function! This is outrageous and must be changed!
