Free Chelsea Chafee and grant her a new trial!

My daughter Chelsea Chafee was arrested on 10/7/2011 with a co-defendant and charged with Accountability to arson and Accountability to theft. She was found guilty by association because she was in shock and did not know how to react while facing a stressful and dangerous situation.

At trial, a former co-worker maliciously lied about Chelsea’s involvement and the use of accelerant at the crime scene. He had been fired from work because Chelsea had tuned in him to their employer and was set on revenge. The defense demonstrated that Chelsea was not involved in the commission of the crime. She was found guilty because of the persistency of the prosecutor who was intent on vouching for a dishonest witness. Her legal representation was lacking in many aspects and she is now appealing her verdict.

She is not a danger to society and should be reunited with her daughter.
