Help Norway House Rescue help the dogs of Northern Manitoba

Pets have been left behind in fire raged area of Manitoba. These are remote fly in communities. Pets are dying from lack of food. The government MUST help by having plans in place for these disasters. By signing, you are demanding this will NEVER happen again

In Wasagamac a team is here and still no food.

This is horrible how the Northern Communities have no proper infrastructure in place for animals.
Animals have been left without food from 5 days to 10 since the evacuation started at least eight days or more for some of them.
What is even worse is that the people who are here have barely enough food for themselves!
This is awful.
Our Team is giving up their own personal food to feed who they can until the supplies get in.
Some are dying out here because animals are not factored in with emergency evacuations in Northern Manitoba.
2000 pounds of food is finally arriving by a hired private boat right now and should be in Wasagamac by 1230pm.
Needless to say, here we are up North in Manitoba and here is their reality.

--Dogs will attack a Dog for food. There is no fecal matter anywhere as it is a food source.
-- There is a Team of Volunteer Vets going up today with another group. They will make the call on who stays and who goes.

People, people for god sakes are up there having to share human meals and having to deal with what they see as well. The anguish they feel at being helpless to do anything is brutal
On the ground the 3 Communities are surrounded by water and with no people around, there are limited vehicles to help transport.

** Supporting NORWAY HOUSE RESCUE also supports the animals, the Owners who are freaking out in panic, the people on the ground who are going on empty stomachs because they are feeding the animals with their portion of food.**
