Allow the community to consume on premise & retail purchase of Wine & Beer at Village Market & Cafe

The Village Market & Café was created to bring culture & convenience for our local community. The concept of The Village Market & Café is similar to the European Deli & Market, where you will be able to enjoy a glass of wine during Lunch & purchase the same wine in a bottle to take home with you.  As of right now there is no ordinance where you can consume on premise & purchase retail wine or beer in the same location.
