Quainton Stud runs equestrian competition and training events alongside the stud's breeding program near Quainton in Buckinghamshire. Quainton Stud is a prime example of rural diversification; it provides support for local individuals, businesses, schools, colleges and universities in many different forms from employment to education and training. We provide a facility which is utilised by all levels of riders from young children starting out to members of team GB.
The stud is currently submitting a planning application to allow it to continue to run these events. There is no inconvenience caused to neighbours, only one complaint recorded in 2007 regarding commentary being audible from Quainton Village, which was rectified immediately. There is no increase in traffic through the village as proved by a Highway Agency report in April 2010.
