Fire Dana Novarchuk ! Stop her from killing shelter animals

Dana Novarchuk is an owner of a shelter named "Laska" in the city Lutsk ( Ukraine ) . She runs that business for many years . But volunteers started noticing that all money that she gets from sponsors , activists and local government are not being used for taking care of thousands of dogs and cats !
Instead , she uses all money on herself : living luxury live , travels , bying new apartments and enjoying her life .
Moreover , they kill dogs in the shelter and, to hide it from activists , hide dead bodies in the freezer, secretly bury or take outside of the city to bump dead bodies in the forest .
Dogs and cats are very sick , hungry and in very bad condition . This person and her team are torturing animals . They do not have enough food or water . They live horrible misirable life , and dying In a horrible conditions .

But to keep business running and getting more money (from sponsors, government etc )for her luxury life they euthanize animals every week and bring new ones to replace them ( even though Dana and her team deny that fact )
Sick animals are left to die in a horrible way .
As an example : activist that visited "Laska "shelter
noticed sick dog that could not move , alone in the cage , on a cold concrete floor ... she was eaten alive by worms . She could not be saved . It was too late !

Dana Novarchuk and her team are doing everything they can to keep running the business ! Activists tried many times to adopt sick animals from Laska shelter , but Dana Novarchuk would not let them do it . She banned all activists .
We are trying everything we can to save animals but our local government doesn't do anything to stop this cruelty .
We desperately need help .
Dana Novarchuk is a person who must be fired and replaced with a person who loves animals , but not using them as a business for money .
