Tesco bring back tesco strawberry and clotted cream cones for my autistic son

Hi,

My son has autism which makes him prone to like certain type of foods such as his favourite flavoured ice cream. My son suffers from depression but these ice cream cones with the brand name Tesco were the only thing that comforts him. He is too young for antidepressants or counselling. His favourite ice cream is strawberry and clotted cream ice cream cones made by Tesco which has been discontinued. My son fails to understand why his favourite product was stopped and is not available when other products are still there. We have tried substitutes but it's not working.

I requested Tesco who has stopped stocking the product as it wasn't making profit but I don't believe this was the case as many people bought this product more than other products. Due to this, My son cries on a daily basis and his barriers in communication are speech delay and lack of understanding and reasoning preventing me to be able to explain to him why the strawberry and clotted cream cones were banned. Every attempt of mine to substitute the product has failed as no one stocks the product and he doesn't like the taste of other ice creams. I want you to sign this petition to make Tesco understand that such decisions of discontinuing products without consulting public first can cause problems for parents like myself.

Since Tesco's discontinuation of the product, My son is depressed every day and I am fighting with Tesco for them to consider their discontinuing this product. Considering the fact that Tesco has suffered a massive loss of 6.4 billion discontinuing people's favourite brands or products could be one of the reasons of their losses. Please sign this petition to help my autistic son get the product he believes the top product of Tesco and to push Tesco to again make tesco branded strawberry and clotted cream cones available once again. Thanks everybody for your understanding.
