to have traffic enforcer do a regular duty , to enforce the law ....to stop the motobike , car and truck with noises Mufflers..and to enforce the speed that reach very danger situation ..day time some reach 60 -70 km hour..........night time very danger speed over 80 - 90 km hour ....big danger for ederly peoples walking to the local shop , and children,s play in the street
