We, the undersigned respectfuly request that Mr Melton be prosecuted for the shooting of his neighbor's dog to the fullest extent of the law. Recognizing the correlation between animal abuse and other crimes Tennessee must send a clear and stern message that animal abuse will not go unpunished.
