The residents of Warwick Swim Club were promised that the brick wall along Rock Creek Road would be completed. Now, more than a decade later, the wall is still unfinished. With the new apartments across the street and many incidents of break-ins in the community, the time is NOW to let the developers know they need to complete the perimeter wall that was promised to the Warwick residents. The security of our neighborhood, as well as our property values, continue to deteriorate. Do what you said you would do, and finish the wall!

We have been promised since the Warwick Swim Club was first opened that the developers would complete the brick wall along Rock Creek Road. For at least 10 years, we have been given excuses about why this has not been done.
Now, a new apartment complex has been built across Rock Creek Road. Several Warwick residents have witnessed people who are not Warwick residents attempting to climb over the fence or sneak into the clubhouse to use the pool. We have seen incidents of crime increase in our neighborhood- homes and cars have been broken into and property has been lost. Our property values have decreased, and our sense of security and well-being have been violated.
Will you please help improve our neighborhood and increase our security and property values by joining us in signing this petition? It would be very helpful to be able to show the developers that many residents are concerned about these issues.
