Some men may argue that they shouldn't have an opinion when it comes to abortion laws. Well, why should they? Why are men making laws about women's bodies? While more shootings occur throughout the US, it continues to be ignored by our lawmakers. What DOESN'T get ignored is the right for women to have an abortion. A large percentage of men end up leaving their baby mama and continue to go live out their life, without any responsibility. Meanwhile, the woman sits at home, wondering what she did wrong. Was it the child maybe? She can't raise a baby all by herself, so what's the best thing she could do? In Alabama, she has to keep it no matter the circumstance. According to the law passed by 25 WHITE MEN in Alabama, women are not aloud to have an abortion, not only if they don't want the child, but if they have been raped, it's still illegal. Inconceivable. They try to "save children that don't have a choice" but when kids are getting shot on the streets and at school, it's no big deal. We can't pass gun laws to actually make a change but we can pass laws to recognize women as murderers. Don't you think the death penalty is way too harsh for having an abortion? This must stop.
