Sprowston is already one of the biggest parishes in the County and the infrastructure barely copes with what we have now.
If Broadland Council and Beyond Green get their way there will be an additional 3500 properties built behind St Mary & Margarets Church and allotments, increasing the population by approximately 12000.
Both schools and Doctor surgeries are already full to bursting.
This will bring more traffic than Wroxham Road and North Walsham Road would be able to cope with, both these routes struggle with the number of vehicles that use them now.
We do not need this development.
I have not spoken to anybody as yet in my local area of Sprowston that is in favour of this, they have all said they do not want this development and would oppose it.

Please sign the petition so Broadland District Council can see just how strong local feelings are to ensure that we have a say in shaping and forming this development. We are not against development wholesale but feel that this is too big.
