Demand that Ray Jasper's Execution be Stopped and his Death Sentenced be Commuted

RAY JASPER is a black man that was convicted of murder by association because someone he was with committed a murder.  The man that actually committed the murder was only given a life sentence.  Why is it that they feel Ray Jasper should get the death penalty for being there but the person that actually committed the murder should only get life.  Ray is set to be put to death March 19,2014.  Please sign this petition and let the government know that what they're doing is wrong.  You can't complain about what goes on if you're not wiling to do anything about it.
